Privacy / English edition

A small product with a small data footprint.

True Sports News stores the email address, timezone, delivery time, and sports watchlist you provide. We use that information only to create, deliver, and manage your weekly recap.

What we share

Your watchlist and recent public sports sources may be processed by our search and language-model providers to prepare the brief. Your email address is sent to our email delivery provider, but it is not sent to the search or AI provider.

Providers

• Cloudflare hosts the site, database, delivery jobs, and outbound email service.
• Exa finds recent public web coverage.
• OpenRouter provides the language model used to edit the recap.

Retention and control

You can unsubscribe from every issue. We then stop future sends and retain only the minimum suppression record needed to respect that choice and prevent accidental re-mailing. Delivery records may be retained briefly for reliability and troubleshooting.

Worldwide use

The product starts in English and uses the IANA timezone reported by your browser. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own.

Contact

This is a staging privacy notice for the initial product test. A legal contact address and final retention schedule must be added before a public production launch.
